HB property was an actual working farm and owned at one time by General Trexler.
The Barn Tack Room Entrance was once the golf club pick up for Indian Creek Golf Course. The House is located in the Borough of Emmaus BUT The Barn is located in Upper Milford Township.
The Farmall Tractor displayed on the grounds was the actual tractor used to farm the land. There are two Entities that have been reported seen at both The House AND The Barn. The Barn is a male that was seen wearing a white cape by a bartender and is not very friendly. The House has a long history of a female apparition being seen and heard on the second-floor dining room. In 2015, workers who were renovating were so spooked that they refused to work at night on the property.
This female entity is apparently much more friendly than her male counterpart.

Buffy Billera is the past owner of Buffy's Baton & Dance Academy in Trexlertown where she started the business at age 17 and sold after 13 successful years. She also covets literally hundreds of trophies from her national competitions throughout the U.S. and won nationals at Notre Dame.
Carl Billera has been a real estate broker for nearly 30 years and has owned and operated multiple companies throughout his career and is currently the Managing Partner at Remax Central in the Lehigh Valley. Himself and two son's all have degrees from Moravian College.
